Refund policy
OVERVIEW:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, as each item is made to order for each customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with original tags (if any), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions; customers cover shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Please note that approved returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. You may be required to provide photos, so that we can evaluate the issue and determine what to do.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Among other items, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care items (such as beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned. Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get the item that you want is to return the item you have in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at juliesalazar63@gmail.com.
European Union 14-day colling off period:
Notwithstanding all other policies herein, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with original tags (if any), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
