All journals in my store bear the title of the work and a copy of my original signature.
"Grace and Beauty" was inspired by Ghost Ranch in northern New Mexico, a breathtaking area that was home to the famous painter Georgia O'Keefe. It is a painter's paradise to be sure and I have been inspired by every season there. This painting portrays a particularly hot, dry summer and though the earth was a bit scorched, the sky was gloriously blue and the mesas were richly painted in warm earthy hues.
My "Southwest Landscape" series of original oil paintings was inspired mostly by the divine landscape of New Mexico and is a sure way for you to re-live your visit to America's Southwest or experience it all for the first time—it's history, culture, calm pace, friendly people, and all-embracing beauty; it's all easy to love.
